Brightverse, a brand of Country Bean Pvt. Ltd., creates one‑of‑a‑kind storybooks in which your child is the star. Because each book is designed from scratch with your little one’s name, photos and details, our policies balance a generous 100 % money‑back promise with the practical limits of bespoke manufacturing.

Money‑Back Guarantee & Preview Workflow
After you place an order, our design team spends two to three working days crafting a digital preview and sends it to you via WhatsApp or email for approval. If you are not delighted with that preview you may reject it and receive a full, no‑questions‑asked refund under our 100 % Money‑Back Guarantee.

Cancellations Before Printing
You may cancel for any reason and obtain a full refund (including any shipping fee) at any time until either of the following occurs: (a) you explicitly approve the preview, or (b) 24 hours have passed after we send the preview or any edited version of the preview without receiving a reply. Up to the moment of approval you can also request minor edits free of charge—your book will not go to print until you say “yes.”

Post‑Approval & Printing
Once you have approved the preview, the book enters an automated print‑and‑bind workflow that cannot be halted or re‑used for another customer. From that point onward the order is non‑cancellable and non‑returnable except where the finished item arrives damaged, mis‑printed, or materially different from the version you approved. This limitation exists because personalised content has no resale value and cannot be repurposed.

Defects, Damage or Production Errors
If your parcel shows visible transit damage, or if you discover printing or binding faults, please email clear photographs to ai@countrybean.in  within 48 hours of delivery. After verifying the issue we will, at our discretion, (i) reprint and resend the book at no cost to you, or (ii) issue a full or partial refund. We cover all shipping costs associated with approved replacements.

Refund Method & Timing
When a refund is approved we initiate it within five to seven Indian business days, crediting the original payment method. Banks and card issuers occasionally take additional time to post the funds; if you do not see the credit within fourteen days of our confirmation, kindly check with your provider and then contact us so we can trace the transaction.

Shipping Fees
If you cancel before printing or reject the preview, we refund 100 % of what you paid, including any shipping charge collected at checkout. In all other situations—such as a change‑of‑mind after approval—shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the product is confirmed defective.

For any cancellation, edit request, or quality concern, write to ai@countrybean.in or reply on the WhatsApp thread used for your preview or call us at +91-7596091950. Please include your order number so we can locate your file quickly; we aim to acknowledge all messages within one working day, Monday to Friday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m. IST.

Late or Missing Refunds
If we have emailed you a refund confirmation but the amount is still not visible after fourteen days, first review your bank or card statement and then speak with your bank’s customer‑care team; processing delays at their end are common. Should the issue persist, email us and we will liaise with our payment gateway to resolve it.
