Brightverse — Shipping & Delivery Policy

Brightverse storybooks are produced exclusively for the child you specify, so each order moves through two clear stages before it leaves our warehouse.

Phase 1 – Preview Creation
Within two to three working days of receiving your order and payment, our design team transforms your child’s name, photo and other details into a personalised, water‑marked digital preview. This preview is sent via WhatsApp to the mobile number provided at checkout so you can review spelling, imagery and overall layout.

Phase 2 – Printing & Shipping
Printing starts only after we register your written “Approved” reply in the same WhatsApp thread—or automatically if twenty‑four hours pass without a response after we share the final preview. Once approval is recorded, your hardcover book is printed, put through a three‑point quality check (print clarity, binding integrity, page count), securely packaged, and dispatched from our warehouse within five to seven working days. Delivery time after dispatch is handled by our courier partners and depends on the shipping address you supplied.

You may update the delivery address any time before dispatch by emailing ai@countrybean.in  or messaging +91 7596091950 with your order ID and the new address. Once the parcel has left our warehouse, the address can no longer be changed because the courier has custody of the shipment.

Domestic shipping is free across all Indian PIN codes.
International orders are not processed through the website at this time.
